To begin, go to your home screen and select Manage.
Now select Manage debit orders.
Select Reverse a debit order.
Next, select the account from which the money was debited.
Keep mind that debit order reversals can only be made from current or savings accounts.
Now you should see any debit orders that were deducted in the last 40 days and for less than R500.
Select the debit order you want to reverse.
Here are your debit order details.
If this is the debit order you want to reverse, select REVERSE.
Select a reason why you want to reverse the debit order.
Now select a reason why you want to reverse the debit order.
Select CONFIRM.
Finally read the terms and conditions, then select ACCEPT to submit your debit order reversal request.
All done! Your money should be back in your account within 2 business days.
