TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PREPAID PURCHASES (TERMS)
The Terms are a binding legal agreement between you and us. We may change these Terms. The latest version of the Terms applies to you each time you use Digital Banking.
1. Definitions
| Prepaid | A transaction with a service provider for airtime, SMS bundles, data bundles or electricity excluding where Standard Bank is the service provider. |
2. The sale and purchase are between you and the provider
The terms and conditions of the provider of the prepaid purchase apply to the sale. Any disputes relating to a prepaid purchase are between you and the provider and must be addressed with the provider.
3. We debit your account with the prepaid purchase
We may debit your account with your prepaid purchase at any time. If we don’t debit your account with a prepaid purchase at the time of the purchase, we will do so later. You remain responsible for the prepaid purchase.
4. We make no warranties about prepaid purchases
We make no warranties to you about the prepaid purchases that you make. If you make a prepaid purchase, we are not responsible for any loss that you might suffer.
