How to report a lost or stolen card

Our Lost Card Protection service is free, and protects you against loss from fraudulent use of your card if you let us know within 24 hours of it going missing.

Our Lost Card Protection service is free, and protects you against loss from fraudulent use of your card if you let us know within 24 hours of it going missing.

If your card is lost or stolen

  • Call our Lost Card Division immediately
  • Confirm your ID or card number
  • Keep the reference number we give you safe in case of fraud
  • Don’t use any cards linked to your old card until you have your replacement card’s new number
To report your card lost or stolen in the mobile banking app
  • Select ‘manage cards'
  • Choose card
  • Select ‘card settings’
  • Select ‘lost cards’

If your card is used to commit fraud

  • Call us to report fraud within 60 days of the transaction
  • Use your Lost Card Division reference number to track your case with our Financial Crime Unit
