How it works
- An application for PayCards can be obtained and submitted via your Banker/Relationship Manager
- Once the application is approved, you will receive an email with credentials to access the PayCard portal
- You can then order cards and select a delivery address on the self-service PayCard portal
- You need to fund your PayCard profile from your business bank account before loading individual cards
- You can load up to R25 000 per month per card
- Your recipient/cardholder can withdraw up to R5 000 per card per day
- You can load and manage cards via the self-service PayCard portal
- Cards are reloadable and valid for 3 years – you will need to order new cards when your cards expire
- Each card is PIN authenticated
- Cards can only be used within South Africa
How to get it
- Speak to your Business Banker to apply for your PayCard
- You can purchase your Europay, Mastercard and Visa (EMV) chip cards from the self-service PayCard portal once your application is processed and you receive access
- The full names and ID numbers of each cardholder is required when allocating cards on the self-service portal
